Ferrara Candy Company Situation Analysis

PRAD 555 Public Relations Foundations

In 2019, the Ferrara Candy Company needed to find an implementable strategy to bolster employee engagement as it looked to expand its operations. This situation analysis reviews the relevant literature and secondary sources to provide insights for the campaign. The resulting campaign highlighted the key drivers of employee engagement, with a primary focus on leadership as the catalyst for change.

Sephora & Instacart Partnership Situation Analysis

PRAD 553 Advertising Foundations

A partnership made to last: Sephora and Instacart. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the two companies teamed together to offer same-day delivery of Sephora products. I explored this partnership to create a marketing campaign based on the research gathered and analyzed.

PRAD 595 Culture in Strategic Communications Campaigns

Airbnb, the community marketplace for listing and booking accommodations, faced allegations of bias and discrimination by hosts on its platform, resulting in negative experiences. The enacted changes needed to be communicated to revitalize the brand's image in the mind of multicultural consumers. We researched and tapped into their wants, needs, and lifestyles, to make the appropriate recommendations for the communications campaign.
